Cimage Maintain Leadership of UK Technical Document Management (TDM) Market

IIC Consulting, independent consultants in the Engineering Document Management/Product Data Management (EDMS/PDM) marketplace have produced guides since 1993. The new 1997 guide includes companies who offer EDMS or PDM functionality and UK suppliers were asked to provide relevant statistics. The EDMS analysis, which did not include PDM suppliers, included suppliers who focus on management of engineering information, in particular documents.

Alan Griffiths, Director of IIC commented, ‘Cimage have always featured strongly in the EDMS surveys, and our new figures reflect their 1996 successes in the UK, both with new wins and taking existing customers to enterprise wide deployment of document management solutions where the installations grow steadily and the eventual numbers of seats are very large.'
