NovaSoft Application Server

NovaSoft Application Server is the heart of the NovaManage integrated workflow and document management solution. Documents and workflows are stored, organised and managed by the Server. 

The document vault and metadata database enable documents of all file types to be stored with the relevant attributes. Information about documents stored outside the system and hard-copy documents are handled as non-resident documents. 

Key functions include the following:

  • Documents can be linked, cross-referenced and organised into logical documents.
  • Document control, review and update functions such as check in/check out, revision control, redline. 
  • Workflow creation, management and monitoring. 
  • Easy to use and powerful administration functions for configuring user profiles, groups, security and access control, document types, application types, workflow settings etc
  • Creation, data entry and monitoring of electronic forms.
