NovaManage Desktop

NovaManage Desktop can be configured for a wide range of users, from simple search and workflow inbox, to full administration functions. Users only see the functions they need. 

Functions include: 

  • Search and view documents, create and save search criteria

  • Register a document, check documents in and out, and edit documents

  • Launch third party application for viewing and amendment of documents

  • View the workflow inbox, perform actions on workflow tasks, start workflows, route workflow folders to colleagues, and check the progress of workflows

Authorised Desktop users can access the Graphical Workflow Builder, which presents workflow actions and participants in a simple to use workflow diagrammer. Document owners and controllers can create/amend review and approval processes for document types. There is a mixture of system-supplied workflow actions and user defined actions, to simplify implementation and make the system flexible enough to meet your organisation's needs.
